Terms of service.
All visitors using this service must be 18 years old or over. Readings for those under 18 are available with parent or guardian consent.
By booking a service with David The Medium and using this site you are agreeing to the terms of service, privacy policy and legal disclaimer.
By giving us your email address you agree to allow us to send you occasional marketing materials.
Bookings are not confirmed by David The Medium until payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation email.
Online readings are conducted via video conference using Zoom.
Either parties may terminate or discontinue the reading at any time.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your zoom is in working order.
All readings run for maximum of 45 minutes.
All readings are strictly confidential, no information will be shared.
During a group reading you agree to share information with all those present.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
There are no refunds for:
readings that have been completed.
no show or late arrival readings (after 15 minutes of David waiting)
If you are unsatisfied with your reading
Cancellations for private readings online are subject to:
a refund of the total fee minus a $50 administration fee if cancellation is made with more than 48 hours’ notice.
50% of the total amount within 48 hours
no refund if cancellation is on the day of the booking.
In-person bookings require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50%.
Group bookings:
Group bookings will be charged for the number of people selected at the time of booking, if someone from the group is unable to attend, refunds will not be made for individual cancellations.
To qualify for a refund the whole booking must be cancelled.
